The government propagandists were facing a dilemma; force the states to take the overages and get caught throwing them out when they expire or have the Feds force more experimentation on their victims.
They can't have the truth out that likely all those who want it have it already and that it's a very low percentage of the population as a whole. They're instead determined to force the numbers higher by depriving citizens of their rights until they submit to experimental testing.
No one has gotten a vaccine; they've gotten experimental treatments.
No one has done their research on these experimental treatments; they ARE the research.
So Kevin uses misdirection about the misdirection to misdirect us away from that fact.
So what "wag the dog" war will they think up this time? Will we start a war with someone who isn't actually a threat or will we start an ineffective war against someone who is a threat and spend another couple of trillion blowing up some distant desert somewhere.
