“Will the criminal who shot Seth Rich report his payment to the IRS?”

He’s been at the bottom of the Potomac, for years.

It was done by the Illuminati and the Masons....they are taking over everything. I read it on the Internet

........................................

If we Masons are getting a cut I’m gonna demand my share this time.

I almost believe the story about them being shot in Myrtle Beach.

But either way makes my point about anyone involved in hacking for murder would report it to the IRS and pay tax on it.

Anyone see that question on your tax form about buying, selling, exchanging, ... “virtual currency”?

What are the ramifications if indicating “yes”?

Cap Gains taxes (if any gains). Don’t use centralized crypto exchanges if you want to “remain out of the IRS loop”. Large centralized exchanges like Coinbase issue 1099’s.

I read an article that Russian hackers avoid Window computers/servers with virtual Russian keyboards. By NOT targeting these computers, it keeps the local heat off of them.

It was joke, criminals usually do not pay taxes, because they are criminals.
Hackers did illegal thing so they are criminals, but they may be in service of somebody? I have no idea!
It is safe to operate outside the US. Other countries either do not care, they may have no resources to pursue them or they may like what the hackers are doing. Again, I have no idea in this case.
Of course, criminal do not follow the law, so they usually do not report their income.
But, if they were law abiding, they should report and pay taxes. That’s the law!

OK

Just wanted to find out if you are OK.

You are.

Sometimes I am the last to get a joke.

And the crap going on today makes it harder.

Best.

Thank,
I am basically trying to make fun out of certain politicians, who are trying to pass laws to address any and all societal ills, mostly imaginary ills.
The law abiding persons are stuck, forced to abide, and deprived out of their freedoms, because of some criminals doing something, but the criminals just keep doing their things anyway! (e.g. gun laws)

Exactly.

That is why I discourage the idea of a Convention of States.

All of that effort to pass an amendment that will force people to follow the Constitution who refuse to follow the Constitution as it now is written.

Or even worse, as it was originally intended.

We should be spending that same effort. and money, on getting clean elections. Clean elections will, after a few cycles, end up with MOSTLY decent men in office.

Decent men in office will respect the Constitution and clean out the swamp critters in the bureaucracy.

Term limits can come later.

If we allow the present corruption in our voting system to continue, a Convention of States amendment that produces term limits will mean nothing because the same swamp critters that are presently manipulating votes will still be manipulating votes and electing swamp critters to replace the outgoing swamp critters, as well as good conservative men.

The only way short of powder and lead is to clean up the elections and I hope that choice is made.
