I have a nice revolver. The design is based on models used in WWI and WWII. Is that a weapon of war?

If it fires a solid projectile, its a weapon of war, don’tcha know?

“Non-compliance is the correct answer to tyranny.”

The most prominent example of this type of non-compliance happened 04/19/1775 on the bridge at Lexington & the Road to Concord.
It’s bred into the blood of Americans.

Questions. Questions. What weapon was used? Was it a gun free zone? What was the motive, race, religion, background of the shooter? etc. etc.

Let’s see:

San Jose is in California.

California has had universal background checks for 30 years.

California banned assault weapons in 1989 (and has banned them 3 more times in the ensuing years - don’t ask, it doesn’t make sense to me either).

California has banned “high capacity” magazines for several years.

So, Vegetable Joe, exactly HOW are your demands going to stop what happened today in San Jose?

If I’m not mistaken, California already has all of those measures - and the shooting still happened. So, if anything, the shooting is evidence the measures don’t work, rather than serving as an example of why they’re needed elsewhere. It’s shockingly dishonest to point to something that failed, as a reason to require the failed thing everywhere. Would you use an example of a car accident in which everyone was wearing a seat belt - and in which everyone died - as an example of why seatbelts shoud be required? Would you show a guard rail on a mountain road, that a car crashed through and plunged to a firey death, as the reason for guard rails? If not, why would anyone cite a mass murder, where background checks are the law, where AWs are already banned, etc, as the reason to reuire background checks and ban AWs elsewhere?

Because you are a senile old man, with an addled brain, perhaps?

Eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers. And yet the vaccine manufacturers get full immunity. As do employers that require the vaccine.

<< Only the criminals will have the guns >>

Which is precisely what the enemy wants — anarchy as a means to fascism. Criminals out of jail, committing violent crimes. Police departments defunded or abolished entirely. And law abiding citizens with no means to protect themselves.

Very few AR-15s are used in the commission of mass shooting crimes, yet these guns are the Left’s main anti-2A obsession. And that’s because the only thing that concerns them are law-abiding America-First patriots using them to defend against government tyranny.

Common sense. They have no idea what they even means, but I’m sure the democrats can count on the support of Romney, Collins, murkowski, and counting... just remember, if you can’t remove them in the primary, you have to vote rino.

The stupid part is that all the Fudds who will support such legislation don’t realize that pretty much all of their pwecious hunting rifles are either descended from, based on or actually are weapons used in war and therefore will be confiscated once the gun grabbers are done with the “evil black rifles.”

Dear Lord I hate those no guns allowed signs.

It’s like a white tailed deer putting a bullseye on its chest, or better yet, its head, during hunting season.
