I would guess and bet, that the Jodie Foster portion of his history is disinformation. Painted him as crazy to give the public a reason to know there was “nothing to see here”. Bush and the DS have been in on the coup since at least 11/22/63.

One shot a Democrat, one shot a Republican and had connections.

" You may not remember that Reagan pushed legislation that released people from insane asylums.

Maybe you’re correct but on the other hand perhaps he is out because of legislation that Reagan himself supported.

Maybe it is both."

"The Insanity Defense Reform Act of 1984 (IDRA) was signed into law by President Ronald Reagan on October 12, 1984, amending the United States federal laws governing defendants with mental diseases or defects to make it significantly more difficult to obtain a verdict of not guilty only by reason of insanity."

The influx of the mentally ill as a parasite unto the American body politic traces directly to The Community Mental Health Act of 1963 (CMHA), signed by Kennedy less than a month before a mentally-ill man thanked him with two in the hat.

THAT Act had already Gov. Moonbeam's father to release the majority of California nutters before Gov. Reagan took office; and Gov. Moonbeam himself emptied the rest of the shitnest.

But if you think you are going to convince anyone here that the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act has anything remotely to do with Hinckley, BRING IT. Entertain me.

Hinckley was never housed in a California institution and was never subject to LPS. He stalked Carter for months and got within 20 feet. Figured it wasn't worth the effort.

You want blame for Reagan's attempted assassination? Try Kennedy for signing CMHA, and Carter for being so milquetoast awful that Hinckley decided he wasn't A-list enough to draw Foster's attention...
