LOL!..........................
this is the thought that I had. If he had noted in the email that he was sending a satire then he would have been safe. As it is, he was perpetrating a hoax and essentially defaming or libeling this organization in some way. Also, I seem to recall that you can’t be sued for voicing your opinion as an opinion. “My opinion of Hillary is that she is part of an organized crime family”, is my opinion and shouldn’t be construed as fact. I can’t be sued for libel(printed) or defamation(voiced) over an opinion. The entire case depends on the contents of the email or flyer, and nowhere in the article does it fully layout that information. Typical sloppy corporate media pushing an agenda.
Apparently he missed the courses concerning fraud and defamation.
Oh, now Yahoo knows what satire is. Don’t seem to know what it is when done by Babalon Bee or a conservative. And, don’t think Wallace’s act was necessarily satire as much as a political attack on the Federalist.
Trump’s SCOTUS picks came from their list
Case closed.
All recent pubbie picks for supremes comes from their accursed list. Their list is RINO apologists for big biz. Their so-called conservative rulings are really big biz rulings and now that big biz is woke...
shuddup
Say What Now?
It's either/or. Either conservative or libertarian.
Can't be both.
Oddly, kudos to Stanford for being hip to the nothingburger, though discipline should have been leveraged against Wallace for the email, which was - IMHO - NOT protected speech (see below; The Federalist Society should have litigated the matter):
I neglected to link the file for the ‘satirical flyer’:

It was worse; see my #31.
Agree with the sentiment, but it’s not ‘fraud’:
It’s LIBEL.
Civil action should be obligatory in this respect against Wallace.
