R governors brag about bringing in jobs, will suffer the victory of progress. The Tesla factory off 130 and such will help to finish off the hill country and surrounding areas. Elons Rocket resort down at Boca is helping to finish off the that area as well. A Indiana company is building a large site just north of Corpus. All these jobs will help to finish off Texas.

While this happens, ‘rugged individuals’ usually buy acres out of town, and hatch a plan to hold out the storm. The storm isn't gonna pass, migration will conquer all.

Well, looks like we will continue to be renters for the foreseeable future. Hope our landlady continues to think we’re wonderful and doesn’t raise our rent when our lease is up.
