All hospitals in the US will mandate COVID vaccine, probably within 3 months. All accreditation bodies, all payers, and CMS will require it for payment.
Hospitals are penalized now for flu vaccine rates <95%. If the government can require THAT, how can you imagine they won’t require this?

There is zero chance that Congress will not immunize health care businesses from liability for COVID vaccine injuries.
Forcing people to get injected with something that makes their bodies produce deadly spike proteins is homicide.

For flu, Hospitals are rational. They require flu shots only seasonally, then “accommodate” (masking) (ok, not that rational) for religious exemptions. And the numbers of objectors are very small.
For coronavaxx, we’re talking 15-30% who will decline.
Because it’s still an Emergency Use drug, it cannot be mandated. At least that’s the answer I got.

A federal law that immunizes hospitals from COVID lawsuits would almost certainly be overturned in a court challenge. As a constitutional matter civil claims are adjudicated in state courts. And it would be a cold day in hell before the trial lawyers’ lobby ever lets Democrats turn off that kind of spigot.
