Return of WOTUS?
Did anyone else not expect this of Biden?
This is the problem with Executive Orders. They are easily overturned by the next administration. And unless you have legislation granting some vague authority they are also subject to court injunctions.
Paul Ryan and the Rino’s wasted the two year opportunity they had to pass legislation and institutionalize Trump policies.
“The more I see Biden in action, the more I miss Trump and realize how good Trump was for USA.”
The more I see Biden in action, the more I’m sick to my stomach!
That bill was discussed at the local chapter of the Farm Bureau meeting I attended. So it appears it is a actual bill. How far it has gotten I don’t know.
Look at all those navigable waters up there in that windy pass! You can't build a wind farm there! It will endanger the habitat of the dfljkgfdfty amlotl!
Sorry. I hope that everyone suffers and suffers greatly. I am betting that a number of farmers voted for Biden.
Sometimes it is almost impossible to cut through the tangled mess if idealism. People refuse to listen. But feeling the consequences of their decisions makes it harder for someone to ignore the facts.
Unfortunately, the rest of us have to deal with the mess that the Biden voters created by voting for Biden.
Just that it is there says a lot of bad things. Talking the FL bill right? 😕
Somehow, this got to a Reagan judge in the District of Massachusetts [Douglas P. Woodlock].
When I saw "District of Massachusetts", I thought we were screwed right off the bat.
Just another example of a government of the government by the government and for the government.
I live in a blue state (dominated by downstate) and near a swamp, errr, I mean “wetland.” I lived in mortal fear during the Obozo regime. Of course I pay taxes on the full acre but don’t have use of my full acre.
I never felt freer under President Trump but now with Pedo Joe at the helm, I have that Obozo feeling again.
A bunch of real estate investors voted for Pedo Joe and the Ho. And the eviction moratoriums drone on ESPECIALLY in BLUE states.
This is where rain water running past the curb and into the sewer is regulated - heaven help the poor guy washing his vehicle and that water runs into the street; where your backyard pond usage is regulated by the Federal government and likely will be stretched to include the outdoor ‘white privilege’ swimming pools
How can we forget that the GOP was involved in the ouster of a legitimate President? It is obvious that Pence never liked Donald Trump. Why did he run for VP? He reminds me of John Glenn. Glenn and his wife pretended to be good Christians and, behind the scenes, did nasty things.
Pence and wife did the same since 2016.
Yes. It was mentioned briefly so no details were given just the bit about waterways/rivers having “rights”.
I’m so sick of this back and forth Executive branch bullshit. This is not how this country should work.
They should have to prove the harm done - why doesnt some group with standing tie this up in the courts, much like the RAT's did during the whole of DJT's presidency?
Could the Dems really want mass starvation? It helped Stalin consolidate his power. Likewise Mao. Not to mention various African leaders in more recent times.
Great idea! Only it doesn’t work. Commies do what they want. We in this state have Act 250. It’s an overarching environmental set of laws. For years we worked like beavers to get any permitting past it. Most commercial permits that fall under Act 250 take 6 years or more and require legal teams to maneuver the pitfalls. The Act contains ridgeline protections above 2500’msl. The act has been in place over half a century.
Well along comes industrial wind power, a cause celeb of the enviro left and what do you think happens? Those ridgeline protections are waved for an industry that produces less than 20% of claimed efficiency and is owned out of state. The closest wind farm to me was permitted in the largest contiguous beech stand in North America, a vital bear habitat, and a protected Bald Eagle preserve.
Now we get regular news stories of mysteriously dead and injured Eagles. The left gets their way, the right pays the bills.
Not good. Keep a close eye on these fidiots.
