Took me a little backbreaking Wiki work (two minutes) but I think I get it. We wonder where the disappearing guy Durham is, as Jerry Colona wondered where Yehudi Menuhin was after early guest appearances on Bob Hope shows.

Excellent description of the secret true story. Rich elites go to yacht parties, wine tastings, parties at someone's mansion and on long vacations to pleasant resorts. Barr and Durham produced nothing a private sector enterprise would consider cause for reward, yet they have plenty of wealth and power.
I think Durham was in on it.
Report? Why should there be a “report?” People should be arrested, sent to jail and hanged for treason as appropriate. This ain’t complicated.

Ron Kessler is/was a long-time Freeper, so I would not be so quick to discount his comments. His connections are pretty much better than anyone else’s.
So far Durham has been a huge disappointment. But I have to admit it is rather strange that he is still there doing something. He has been for a long time. How could he be at it for so long and being doing nothing? If he is doing nothing then one would thing that he would have shut it down a long time ago.
