Capitol police officer David Bailey.
They be hidin’ him.
I agree. I watched the vid several times and what I saw was a woman standing almost completely still in the middle of a bunch of other people at the moment she was shot. She was not crawling through a window.
I think we should NEVER let this case die. We should bring it up to every democrat every time they are interviewed for the next 1,000 years.
.........There’s no statute of limitations on murder.
No “stop or I’ll shoot”.
No “hands up”.
No nothing.
On top of that, the “person of interest” who did the shooting had no regard for the People standing behind Ashley Babbitt.
He could have even wounded or killed one of the Police Officers who were standing behind her in the Hallway.
**Ashli should not have climbed into that window.**
Ashli did not “climb into that window”. Someone in the crowd broke the window, and someone else boosted Ashli onto the window sill.
John Sullivan is an Antifa member who attended the crowd on January 6. Sullivan’s brother said that Sullivan commanded an army of more than 200 leftists that day. A CNN reporter assisted Sullivan that day. She posted a video showing she and Sullivan arriving at the location just moments before Ashli got murdered. Someone needs to subpoena Sullivan’s phone records, and see who called him to that location.
Check the video again. Babbitt did not break that window. All she did was attempt to climb into it. I believe someone hit the window with a helmet causing it to break.
I watched the video 2 or 3 times and still can not figure it out. It’s like they were standing guard while she went through. I know that’s not the case, but they allowed it when the shooter could have at least yelled at the guards to grab her. Instead he let her start through, lunged forward only a foot or so from a guarded shooting stance in the door way. Shot her and jumped back. Guards pointed gun at him turned and seemed to make a hand signal. Someone said they were waiting to be relieved from their position. But they watched. Did not seem to be surprised by the gun fire. Well trained I guess. Do you have any ideas.
Yes... It was already broken out and open to climb through.
Here is a good split screen, she was riding on someone’s back piggy back style. The one carrying her leaned to the left to give her room. And she then leaned forward into the opening where the window was already missing. When she leaned in through the opening still ridding piggy back was when she was shot. All she did was lean her upper torso through the opening.

It’s not a coincidence that they used a black to cement the “deadly insurrection “ media and government narrative. After all, in this day and age, who could possibly fault a black cop for killing a white woman?
I saw a coroner’s report that said Ashli Babbitt was shot in the left anterior shoulder. It sounds as if the wound would have gone laterally in an upwards trajectory through her shoulder, and upper chest and the bullet might have remained in her body.
A....A Capitol Police MURDERED her....one that wears FRENCH CUFF SHIRTS and an EASILY Identifiable BRACELET!! MANY...MANY people KNOW who the KILLER is, but they are ALL DEMOCRAT COWARDS!
Oh BS. It was murder. I saw it on video from three angles.
Seems tp me like the guy was eager to murder her before the armed guards were about to show up seconds later.
I agree, the shooter was lying in wait.
Wait! Didn’t President Trump give him an award or something?
Members of Nanzi’s “palace guard” were moments away so he HAD to shoot or loose his excuse.
We still don’t know the shooter’s name, who pays him, or have transparency on the investigation.
Bring forth a civil suit.
