He caved to the homo lobby at the expense of religious organizations as governor of Indiana. What did anyone expect? He’s a political creature, nothing more. The days when actual men served as our leaders are long gone.

I’m getting the strangest feeling that Mike is going to become perhaps the first former US Vice President to switch parties during his retirement.
If it happens, he will take the safer middle ground, and declare himself an “Independent”.
I don’t know if that has ever happened before.

I’m getting the impression that Mike Pence truly does believe that he has a long future ahead of him serving in elected office. Maybe the RINOs, Globalists and ‘other’ have promised him big campaign donations.

What does the Constitution say about stealing elections and refusing to hear reviews of the voting?

There is precedence at rejecting “different” standards for ballots in different precincts in a state.

So much unconstitutional crap last year.

But it was a bipartisan theft of the election by the uniparty.

I get that he didn’t think he had any authority, and maybe he was right, but still, this is a very peculiar thing for him to be
“proud” about. Sadness would be more fitting.

Genius of Pelosi to let in the protestors.

But, of course, the stratagem wouldn’t have succeeded without the total support of the media to hide her intent.

"The Constitution provides the vice president with no such authority before the joint session of Congress."

This exemplifies the biggest difference between the Democrats and Republicans.

Democrats act as if the Constitution gives them all the authority and do what they want until some controlling authority says no.

Republicans act as if the Constitution gives them no authority and choose not to act unless some controlling authority says they can.

Democrats act as if there are no lines until one is crossed.

Republicans act as if there are lines everywhere and step gingerly wherever they go.

Nothing in the Constitution says the Electoral College process is a rubber stamp. A pox on Pence for abdicating his duties so glibly.

Not compromised, but complicit.

He has a history of this kind of stuff, the most outstanding example being how he hurried along a rewrite of Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act when Tim Cook ran his mouth.

Maybe the RINOs, Globalists and ‘other’ have promised him big campaign donations.

What they can't promise and deliver is conservative votes.

Pence was a strong and tenacious supporter of Trump and a far better debated. He has lost his way.

I sorta remember something in the media about someone handing Pence two coins after this fiasco took place. Supposedly, they represented $2 million in bitcoin??? Don’t remember the whole story but I thought it was kinda odd at the time.
The Pences just recently purchased one of the most expensive houses in Indiana.
Does 2+2 still equal 4?

“Now there are those in our party who believe that in my position as presiding officer over the joint session that I possess the authority to reject or return electoral votes certified by the states,” Pence said. “The Constitution provides the vice president with no such authority before the joint session of Congress.”

You know fully well that’s NOT what Trump or US were asking you to do - merely push back for a recount which WAS AND IS a part of federal law to redress issues.

But you wanted to play Democrat.

You didn’t even have the cajones to take a stand on your position days or even weeks before the count came up. You just came out and wilted like a cheap suit (like you always do) the day of.

Screw you, pal.

Oh - and note he’s NOT attacking any DNC policy that he claims to protect and support. Like Israel, anti-Christian movements, communist infiltration, antifa sacking cities, etc; etc;

Nope, like W - he just wants to talk about Jan 6.

I want a new political party.
