A monument consisting of a huge stone and a suitably sized pedestal should be erected in the statue’s place. The pedestal inscription to read:
“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”
An accompanying plaque will “contextualize” the monument (without attribution to the inscription’s author) and explain that, at the time, the pronoun “he” was understood to apply to all human beings without exception.

It seems all the attention (brought on and strenuously pushed) on whether to vaccinate or not to vaccinate has directed attention away from actions of the liberal left to directly remove and destroy the founding, history, and freedom of our great country...
BOTH left and right spend so much time, attention, and energy on this vaccination thing that the left is having no problem tearing down our country...
I don’t think removing the statue is nearly enough. They need to toss his books into a big heap and burn them. Maybe stand around holding their antifa flags and doing the BLM salute while they do.

no one will know. no sane person goes anywhere near camden. I was there many years ago at night for a friend at rutgers and was escorted to my car by the guard. At first i couldn’t figure out why he was walking with me to my car.

I thought Whitman was respected on the left. Did they resent his homage to Lincoln? Whitman had kind of a universalist outlook that I thought the left would respect, and he is thought to have been a homosexual. On the other hand, the left respects nothing.

Well I don't know about that but I do know this: my grandfather grew up in Camden a couple of blocks away where the ancient Walt Whitman was living. Whitman died in 1892 and my grandfathers oldest sister was a little girl at that time. She told us that she remembered seeing Walt Whitman but never spoke to him because all the adults told the kids to avoid him because he was a dirty old man.
These protesters likely all voted for Biden so I'm not surprised they don't mention that as a problem.
Nothing is immune as they wreak havoc on our ancestors and history.
