The Dems next problem is that the mid-term elections will happen in early November, just when the weather starts to turn in the northern states. If Pritzker imposes a mask mandate and closes the restaurants just before the election next November, that could be enough for him to lose the election and then he can move in with his cousin “Jennifer”.
As a whole, Congress should hang their heads in shame for relinquishing their legislative powers to un-elected officials. This is by design, they get the perks and are are not responsible for the horrific policies from their corporate owned cronies. Its our fault and we must take action to correct this. The clock is ticking world wide and we are losing.
Why should I protect the non vaccinated? If you choose to not be vaccinated, you chose to take the risk.

It’s important to remember that increases in death are the last to occur. First there is an increase in cases, then an increase in hospitalizations, then an increase in deaths.
We’re mostly at the first stage right now. Daily new cases have jumped from 9,218 (June 20) to 64,317 (July 23) with a severe upward trend. Deaths are starting to trend upward from 99 (July 11) to 424 (July 24), also with an upward trend. We should come back to this conversation in a couple of weeks, when I think the evidence of rapidly increasing deaths will be much clearer.
I don’t see a lot of evidence that Delta is more deadly, but there is a lot of evidence that it is much more contagious. Our country has geographically concentrated pools of unvaccinated people who will facilitate the continued sharp spike in infections.

I do it for 3 reasons:
1. I don’t like to see fellow Americans die from something that could have been prevented.
2. When the non-vaccinated get Covid and end up in the hospital for a month+, that costs the country a huge amount of money for medical care.
3. When a non-vaccinated person dies or (more likely) becomes disabled, that person is removed from the workforce, and there’s already a big labor shortage.
Covid spreads primarily through respiratory droplets, not individual viruses floating through the air. Masks are capable of stopping those droplets.
Vaccinated people can still catch and spread Covid, it’s just much less likely they will become severely ill or die from it. Having vaccinated people wear masks could help protect the unvaccinated, who are much more likely to die or be disabled if they catch it.
If they're not concerned enough to bother with a 10-minute shot or two, I'm not concerned enough to wear a Fauci muzzle either. I mean, it's just the sniffles that's easily cured by some horse paste...right?
Many would do just that! As crazy as these restrictions are, I know people who would follow any suggestion Fauci & Company promote.

The safety and effectiveness of vaccines is agreed upon by hundreds of thousands of American doctors and scientists. They know more in this area than we do. It is also impossible for that many people to be in on some type of conspiracy.
Once you let socialism and or authoritarianism to take hold ..it’s nearly impossible to stop it...short of much bloodshed.
It’s certainly a personal choice, although as cases spike higher I think it’s likely masks will become mandatory again in different places like stores.
Please make sure you monitor vending machines too. If you see obese people buying a candy bars then you will need to stop them because they tax the health system and are much more likely to die or miss work due to illnesses.
CDC and Fauci do not write law. Since when does this sack ofcrap think he was elected?

Why pay any attention to Dr. Fauci, a man who has used Covid-19 as his Star Ship to fame and has flipped and flopped like a fish out of water way too long.
