She likely realizes young men there (like here in North America) are themselves beginning to see that marriages or relationships with women that produce children are becoming that kind of a liability for them in terms of divorce laws and child custody and access issues that very heavily favour the women. Thus, the men are walking away from marriages and relationships and she probably does not like seeing this.
