Anyone who has purchased an NFL ticket in the last five years deserves to be shafted hard and shafted repeatedly.
It’ll stand no problem. No other form of being barred or kicked out gets a refund. Plenty of history backing this.

I have an unvaxxinated friend who put a deposit down for a wine river cruise in France several months ago.
Then they instituted a vaccine mandate.
They are offering to refund anyone’s deposits.

You can make the argument that discrimination based on medical status is akin to discrimination based on race.
I bet they would fold when faced with a huge class-action suit.
I don’t know all the applicable laws or HIPAA regulations. But, I have a feeling, that they would not be able to ban cancer patients, or AIDS patients, or anyone with any other medical situation, from the games. So based on that, how can they legally discriminate based on the vaccines? It would be interesting if this gets to court, to see what happens.

No you can’t. Race isn’t a choice. Not getting a vaccine is. And keep in mind they’re still willing to let unvaxed in if they test negative. This is only for folks who won’t vax and won’t test. In the end it’s the same as not submitting to the security measures that went into place after 9-11, you don’t want to do it that’s on you.
What if they promise to kneel on a tattered U.S. flag during the National Anthem while wearing a kente cloth and three masks? Can they get in?
If such a protocol was not issued upon purchase of the ticket they simply have to refund the money. It is a violation of the contract between the buyer and seller. (IMO)
Anecdote: I had an appointment with a physical therapist that I had seen before. Upon arrival the therapist demanded I wear a mask. I refused, and walked out. I insisted I not be charged for the appointment as there had been no notice of a mask policy when I made the appointment. (others there didn’t require a mask) I was not charged.
Like I said, we’ll have to see.
