Judge Linda V. Parker was nominated by President Barack Obama to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on July 25, 2013 and confirmed by the United States Senate on March 12, 2014.
Probably a good time for those two to release the Cracklin - and once they do that, it will put an end to this treatment, as it will prove they were right!

I just read the ruling.
Of course, one has to take into consideration who the judge is.
But knowing whether an action is a violation of law is kind of important when you’re making claims that the law is being violated.
And if the judge’s ruling quotes the affidavits accurately (and I imagine that can be confirmed/disproved by finding the original complaint and the addendum) some of those affidavits aren’t proof of anything.
Something this important deserved much better representation in the courts.

On what basis did this judge have jurisdiction? If she never held a hearing on the merits of the cases, there can be no recommendation for adverse actions against the lawyers.
Was she even assigned at case? If so, where is the decision on the merits?

It was all released in the court case. You know the one right before the judge sentenced them. Oh never-mind that case never happened. As a matter of fact, I don’t ever remember seeing a court case. You remember those, the kind where evidence is produced and tested in front of a jury?

I have been here since before Trixie. If fools like Kraken lie to the the press, the courts and others I could care less about what flavor they are. Many, many people got their hopes up by Kraken. It was a fraud on the those people, many Freepers, and the Ct system. I hope she loses her license or suffers a significant suspension. Her conduct was no better than Geoffrey Feiger.

This is very like the case against Free Republic, where a Clinton-appointed "judge" ended up ruling against Free Republic in a case involving her boss and patron Rapin Bill.
