I'll bet the difference is that 10 percent of the white kids' families are too woke and fearful to admit on the Census that they're white.
This might be counter-balanced somewhat by the large number of Hispanics who consider themselves white--even if racist liberals would look at them, see a tan, and assume they are non-white revolutionaries who are down for the struggle.
It will then come down to who ever looks the whitest is white supremacy
The dirty little secret of the race grievance industry is that Hispanics/Latinos don’t have a great deal of sympathy for or deference to American blacks. In fact they show outright hostility towards them. I’m pretty sure the same applies to other ‘immigrants of color’.
Because the ‘black establishment’ has chosen to demonize white America, they have lost perhaps their most likely ally—their fellow Americans. Why should white America defend their black countrymen when blacks are blaming all of their troubles on whites?
Turns out I am apparently one of those!
A number of years ago I attended a summer Olympics and while watching the opening parade of nations noted that the teams from Africa were all black and those from the Mideast were all Arab. Whereas the US and European teams were all mixed races.
Knowing that African nations have a sizable number of citizens from European descent, and from India, I made inquiry. It seems African nations only allow black athletes, and Arabs in the Mideast. The other citizens of different races are not allowed to participate. To me that is institutionalized racism.
In other words, the ONLY way to disavow white supremacy is to become completely enveloped by the radical left’s ideology. You HAVE to believe and act on EVERYTHING they tell you or you are racist. Color doesn’t matter any more. You have to hate the Bible, believe in abortion, advocate homosexuality, adore paedophilia and accept Islam (even though that prohibits homosexuality). One must become completely evil to be accepted. No thanks.
