The problem is YouTube is not the government but a private company. Therefore, the First Amendment, which says the state may not deprive a person of liberty for what s/he says, cannot be used against YT. A private company may decline advertising revenue from anyone for any reason.
The solution is to form our own equivalent video storage site. I’m sure there are enough conservatives with the tech skills to pull this off.

YouTube has become the default knowledge repository of the world - therefore, people tend to trust it when seeking political knowledge, as well. Google abuses this trust by censoring politically "sensitive" information in a way they would never attempt for videos on classical guitar techniques or gardening tips.
Conservatives for now can only spread the word that Google cannot be trusted as a source for political information, and direct people to alternatives. That's admittedly a hard sell in a world where "Google" means search in the same way "Kleenex" means tissue...
BTW, I disagree that Google is really a private (actually public) company - without government intervention they would not hold the monopolies they have today.
Well, the CCP owns Alphabet, A owns Google, G owns YouTube; so anything from them is right out of Beijing. Now, who benefits by climate hysteria? The countries who sign on to treaties that give them a pass and destroy capitalism (the Stated goal of the UN’s IPCC). China is #1 in that category.
