Many times I've been told in this life that if I didn't do so-and-so then they would do such-and-such.
Ya know what?
Such-and-such never seems to get done.
If you have 100 employees, you’ve GOT to have one that’s dead wood. Lay that person off, or ask for a volunteer or someone who is ready to retire. If you have loyal employees and have treated them right, then they’ll stick with you.
Or, change the structure of your business and make everyone an ‘independent contractor’ of some sort. The business models ARE out there to operate that way.
As a Business Manager for a multi-million dollar operation, I LIVED through this when 0bamacare was rammed down our throats. We made lots of changes to staffing and our business model to overcome the stupid ‘mandates’ that brought with it. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t fun, but we also didn’t lose a dime to the, ‘0bamacare Flu.’ ;) There are ways ‘In, Around, Under or Through’ when it comes to Mother Government messing with your business.
What I hate to see is this attitude that business owners are just giving up, or BEGGING for their right to own and operate a business. :(
And, keep in mind that our illegal resident IS just a temporary phase. This ship will right herself again - hopefully sooner than anticipated.
Everyone should become part of a “Liberty Union”. A union that crosses job responsibilities and companies. From burger flippers to pilots to college professors to cleaning ladies to IT Specialists, it doesn’t matter. An American worker. This union’s sole purpose is to protect people’s Constitutional rights in the workplace. Also, become part of our own economy based on a Liberty or Patriot crypto.
