They know it. That's why they tell a like over and over about the parties supposedly switching sides.

They'll say the same thing decades from now when abortion is outlawed and our society sees abortion for the horror that we now see slavery and segregation as being. The Dims will try to claim they were on the right side all along.

You see folks, this is how nuts electing black candidates will make them. Very effective. And more and more of them are going to be brave enough to run and get elected thanks to pioneers like Winsome Sears - and she wasn’t the only one elected the other night.

They are terrified of people like Winsome Sears - not only the symbolism, but the fact they know they will be successful and set a good example, and inspire others.

Some Indians made some unfortunate alliances and others made their own contributions to conflicts with whites. There were also forced relocations and efforts by whites to de-Indianize. But, as you point out, many tribes have kept their way of life pretty much where they have always lived. It has been a mixed bag.
