On January 20, 2021 Joe Biden pledged before the world: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
He has been unfaithful, knowingly, defiantly, repeatedly, refusing to execute the laws passed by the legislative branch, defying the rulings of the judicial branch. He is trying to usurp the authority of both and elevate the executive above them. This puts him in (repeated) violation of his oath.

By the way they are telling businesses to ignore a Federal Court order the Administration probably feels they don’t have to respond.
I’m not saying this is the case, but I would not be surprised if that is what happens.
In reality they probably know what they are doing is 100% illeagal.

Meanwhile, what does the GOP tell businesses? Nothing. The Biden admin is free to continue their assault without substantive opposition.
Red States need to be pulling contracts from corporations supportive of the progressive agenda. This is a war and only one side is fighting.
They are doing the usual brute force thing. The emergency, grave risk rule isn’t “mandatory” until January 4, 2022, and pretty much the government is bluffing that it expects to win in court.
As a matter of law, the OSHA rule is in limbo, and on paper, for all we know, the court endorses it.
US Supreme Court held that the federal government can compel people to buy a product (health insurance), so not a stretch to speculate the court system will decide the better policy is to have the federal government in charge of vax mandates. I don’t think the 5th circuit will decide that way, but the circuit courts are not the ultimate decider.
I would like to see this Deputy Press Secretary forced into jail for Contempt of Court pending compliance.

Remember they described the OSHA action as a “work around” the fact they have no constitutional or statutory right to do this. Now they recommend the “work around” of just blowing off a federal court order.
Honestly, the whole administration is chock full of top grade imbeciles. Appellate court justices read the paper, too, you morons. By this defiant act They’re just begging the court to turn the temporary restraining order into a preliminary injunction that will last through the trial of the case
