Biden was expected to speak after meeting with retail and grocery company CEOs to discuss supply disruptions ahead of the Christmas shopping season.

So the meeting was filled with bad news and Biden's handlers are going to need some time to figure out how to tell Americans that no presents for little Timmy is a good thing. "You know, the grocery company CEOs tell me you're going to need that money for higher priced food."
