"Powell into money laundering too?"

Dude, you have been hitting the snark pipe a little too hard today.

Where are the allegations that any of this money was misspent, much less "laundered"?

"The group funneled $550,000 of the capital it raised to the ballot audit in Maricopa County, Ariz., which was spearheaded by Republicans, the Post reported, citing a separate accounting by the contractor that oversaw the election review.

At the end of July, Defending the Republic had almost $5.3 million in cash on hand and $4 million invested in mutual funds, according to the audit reviewed by the Post.

The Post reported last week that the federal prosecutors issued Powell a grand jury subpoena in September asking that she provide communications and other records that are linked to fundraising and accounting by organizations she helped steer, including Defending the Republic. Prosecutors have also reportedly subpoenaed a PAC led by Powell that is also named Defending the Republic."

I do not see anything illegal there. Brandon handlers are trying to get her for something.
Unlike Hunter Biden, he’s done nothing, obviously!

Sidney Powell will need every part of 15 million to pay for her lawyers. She’s being sued by dominion which has the resources. Sidney Powell needs resources too.

Powell is a terrible lawyer. I read the documents in the Flynn case. She had no idea what she was doing, and in fact did not help Flynn at all.

Among many other things, she advised Flynn to commit perjury, and he admitted committing perjury, based — apparently — on her advice.

Her legal argument was shoddy and disingenuous. Her total avoidance of arguing the legal issues, relying instead on spectacular assertions (which were probably true), reflected her poor legal skills.

Honesty would have been a better legal strategy, but like poor lawyers everywhere, she had no idea how to argue honestly.

When exactly was that. This is the first I heard of it.

Flynn had previously made several statements under oath. In his affidavit in support of withdrawing his plea, he said he lied when he made those statements. That is perjury.

Powell was incompetent when she advised Flynn to make that admission.

But her entire representation of Flynn was incompetent for more reasons than that.

She was saved when Trump pardoned Flynn.

There is so much more from a legal perspective about this case, none of it a credit to Powell. To say she was incompetent is in fact charitable to her.

BTW, The Federalist apologist for Powell, in the apologist’s articles on the case, also never addressed the specific legal issues raised by Powell. The writer had been a judge’s clerk without appellate experience or an understanding of the issues.

This is what confuses me:
Didn’t Flynn plead guilty to a fabricated charge of lying to the FIB? Wasn’t it another (corrupt) Washington firm that advised him to do that?

Didn’t Trump have to intervene because Emmet Sullivan defied a Justice Department directive?

How do you fight a corrupt FIB and DC Judiciary anyway? How does debating legal minutia work when there is no law left, just a labyrinth of worm-holes?

People giving to that were not “suckers.”

There’s nothing wrong with supporting others who are willing to fight.

What money was “laundered” from “whom?”

I don’t think you know what that even means.
