There's yer trouble.
Obama stooge-judges gonna stooge.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson
Not this DB again.
This female dog, Amy Berman Jackson, is not a judge. She is a leftist activist in a robe whose grasp of the law and Constitution is tenuous at best. An Obama appointee rules based on her activism, not the Constitution.
Anyone remember when Chuckie stood in front of the USSC and threatened them in a speech he was giving to his crowd. That was a criminal act for which there was a very specific law making it a serious crime. Did anything ever happen to Chuckie?
Good thing we have a 1st amendment.
This should clearly demonstrate who is really on trial for the Jan 6 “Insurrection”.
Recall that the left extensively war gamed various responses to Trump’s predictable challenge to the stolen election. The CNN guy actually got caught pleasuring himself during one of these war games.
Trump didn’t foresee that the DC rally would be coopted by the left and framed as an insurrection. It was a trap. It was all preplanned. It is infuriating that the Jan 6th protesters are being held in a DC gulag.
Even so, Trump is winning the argument that the election was stolen. A large segment of the population agree with him.
The election being stolen stoked the crowds
BAT CRAP CRAZY judge.
I didn’t know that there was a law against “stoking” or “inspiring” free speech.
I wonder if she can be sued by Trump for defamation.
Since Trump was not the defendant and no “evidence” was presented in the plea agreement documents that accused Trump of exciting the defendant to commit the offense he plead guilty to the judge defamed Trump in an official court record.
Trump was not a party to this criminal case and making a declaration on the court record could be, not only an ethical incident, but a “judicial” notice of guilt of Trump.
I do not believe that immunity applies to those comments from the bench when signalling a non-defendant is guilty of a crime that he has not been indicted on nor is a defendant in her courtroom.
