I doubt Biden even knows what is in his so called bills...they were all prepared for him, count on it...Biden doesn't have the mentally capacity to do any challenging work...He is butt lazy, can barely walk, and tells made up ‘fairy tales’ all the time...
the guy is aged out and in over his head...just wait until he can no longer READ his prepared speeches..
