When are they mandating the Clot Shot ID? They are missing out on a lot of revenue.
I doubt it is legal. NH law only gives towns the right to enact ordinances where the state government has specifically authorized them to do so. It will be interesting how they try to justify the ordinance.
My first thought too.
I just wouldn’t pay their illegal fine.
Refuse to comply.
Refuse to pay the fine and force these fines to go to court.
Overwhelm the local police with arrests and the courts with mask fine cases.
Let them jail dozens or hundreds if they wish.
Flood the jail with mask defendants.
Throw mountains of sand into the machinery.
Saul Alinsky, in his “Rules for Radicals,” taught us to make them live by their rules (which they cannot do).
Someone should tell the masked council members that although completely useless against a respiratory virus, masks are very effective at causing oxygen depletion which, over time, causes a form of mental retardation that can result in passing a motion such as this.
Th problem is the government treats private property as if it is public property. They can set dress codes for what people wear in a public park. If they want to regulate what people wear in a store, the folks in the city government can build a store with their own personal resources, and then ask the city to establish dress codes for their private property.
I sense an impending knee-capping epidemic...
It’s got a large college therein. It’s the Asheville of NH.
That motto is dead up there.
Maybe it's time for it to be removed from license plates.
