Exhibit A - The Jimi Hendrix Experience. One black guy and two white guys = a highly respected, iconic rock band.

Agreed regarding Ringo, but George was a very lead guitarist.

Paul IMHO is a better guitarist than George, but somebody had to play bass. Listen to the solos on "The End", Paul's solo smoked George's.

Loved him with the Traveling Wilburys. And While My Guitar Gently Weeps is great, altho I really liked the way Prince, Steve Winwood, Jeff Lynne, and Tom Petty did it even more!

Speaking of Prince, watch his 2013 shows from Montreux. Man what a talent.

Remember when all that was expected of us at work was to do our work and exhibit reasonable collegiality and teamwork (if applicable) with our coworkers? Possibly give to charity (United Way) or participate in a charitable activity (Habitat for Humanity) to make the company look good in the community. Now companies want to shanghai us into every time wasting, non-work related stupidity known to man.
