….you are incorrect when it comes to military time not applied to civil service retirement. I was able to add in my 8 years active duty after 5 years of federal civilian serviceI was not talking about honorable discharges (hope I’m not assuming incorrectly!)— if you’re booted out for refusing to take it, your discharge is unlikely to be “honorable”.
