The Dems have already made the practice of ballot harvesting legal in Kalifornistan, and perhaps a few other states as well.

I’m pretty certain as much as 20% of California’s vote on any given election would be considered illegal in most other states.

There was a modified form of ballot harvesting in Wisconsin.

It was strictly forbidden by state law.

The case, after the election, went all the way to the state Supreme Court, which had a 4-3 Conservative/Leftist split. One of the "Conservatives" Justice Brian Hagedorn, sided with the three leftists in saying they could not throw out the ballots after the election, because it would be too disruptive.

"Striking these votes now — after the election, and in only two of Wisconsin's 72 counties when the disputed practices were followed by hundreds of thousands of absentee voters statewide — would be an extraordinary step for this court to take. We will not do so."

This followed the situation seen nationwide. Before the election, lawsuits favoring Trump were said to be "too early". After the election, lawsuits were said to be "too late".

The Republican lawsuits were never "just right".

He [Marc Elias] lost in Georgia in 2020 and lost in Arizona last year in a case that reached the U.S. Supreme Court.

Apparently, Elias DIDN'T lose.

He just went ahead and did it anyway.

We could learn something from this.

I'd bet your 20% number is too low. I'd go so far as to estimate 35% to 40% is probably no legit.

Question, if the 'rats are going to commit industrial-scale election fraud, why not try to beat them at their own game? Why not out "harvest" them? I'm not advocating anyone do anything illegal. I'm saying "harvest" away as we know the 'rats will be...

Biden runs to Georgia to play the race card. Forget running to the border to address real problems. What a crock.

Republicans tend to vote in greater percentages, while the natural rat constituent can’t be bothered to go to the polls on election day. So the potential payoff is much greater for the rats.

Its true republicans can endeavor to harvest ballots in cemeteries and in illegal immigrant communities across the nation, but somehow I do not believe the rat establishment will cotton to the GOP horning in on their exclusive franchise.

Spot on. Apparently, the GOP had aton of cash raised for lawfare for the 2020, but Ronna Romney McDaniel didn’t actually hire and dispatch an army of lawyers.

She spent the cash elsewhere.

Gee, I wonder why Ronna ROMNEY McDaniel didn’t try to stop the steal?

As long as Ronna ROMNEY McDaniel is head of the RNC, the GOP will stay loser party and dem light. Open borders, endless wars, etc. She’s gotta get gone before that will change.

The progressives are running a long term strategy. Mail in ballot and mail in harvesting is step one. Step two, already existing in Oregon, is exclusive mail in voting. End completely voting at polls where voting can be monitored and voters verified.

Step three, will be replacing mail-in voting with internet voting.

Question, if the 'rats are going to commit industrial-scale election fraud, why not try to beat them at their own game? Why not out "harvest" them?

There are three basic reasons:

1. It is very difficult for Republicans to harvest ballots in the big urban centers, where it is logistically easiest to do. They do not have the infrastructure and voters there.

2. The Democrats have lots of people who are willing to commit criminal acts to stay in power. They have the prosecutors and judges and election officials who are willing to back them up. The Republicans do not, because Conservatives take a much dimmer view of cheating and lawlessness.

3. The Democrats/Media/deep state have the enormous large stick of the Media to cover for them, explain it is ok for Democrats to do these things, but terrible for Republicans to do these things. (that is changing, and explains the desperate attempts by the Democrats/Media/deep state to censor, control the media, keep information from getting out)

A good question.

If we do the same things as they do how are we any different?

Which begs the bigger question. HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM THEM?

You forgot the step of driver’s licenses for illegal aliens at same time as mandatory voter registration — Demo, of course. Combine this with fake address and harvesting becomes an industry.

One that will keep them in power regardless.
