I don’t think those are misprints, or misrepresentations, in those articles I linked, and there are many more.

I distinctly remember Giuliani, and other Trump lawyers, claiming the goal of their court filings was to get the election results overturned.

Despite all the attempts by big tech to scrub those interviews, they’re still out there on sites like Rumble, I just looked.

Are you going to deny that, and require me to go link them?

Overturned - yes.

Trump the winner - no.

Look I’m going to try this one last time and then totally give up on you:

In order to cheat successfully, the cheater needs to destroy the evidence. Otherwise, the cheating will not be successful.

Once evidence has been destroyed, you can never prove what really happened or who should have won. The evidence is gone.

But there is one thing you CAN prove. You can prove they cheated. Why? Because the evidence is gone. Part of not cheating is preserving evidence.

The election should have been overturned - that doesn’t mean Trump won - that means do the election over again - this time fair.

This happens all the time. If it wasn’t a fair fight there’s only one solution. Do it over again.

Well rather than just take your word on it, I decided to go ahead and take a quick look at one the articles I already linked. Here's what I easily found, quote:

Yet another filing clarifies what the Trump campaign is seeking: 'Ultimately, Plaintiffs will seek the remedy of Trump being declared the winner of the legal votes cast in Pennsylvania in the 2020 General Election, and, thus, the recipient of Pennsylvania’s electors,' lawyers write in a motion for leave to file their second amended complaint.

Yet you're still here, repeatedly trying to claim they weren't trying to get Trump declared the winner? With a straight face?

And to recap, this latest claim of yours is a misguided attempt to support your original claim that it's impossible to ever prove Trump won the election, anyway.

Can you please link me to an actual lawsuit - the real wording - not somebody’s description of what the lawsuit supposedly seeks to accomplish?

Thanks.

Starts bottom page 8.

But the fact that you couldn’t find it yourself makes my point that nothing is being done to organize and present the supposed fraudulent election information anywhere. It’s all just languishing out there, scattered, disorganized, and therefore mostly useless in its current form.

“But the fact that you couldn’t find it yourself…”

I’ve read that case many times. You should read it.

The ARGUMENT is not that Trump won. The ARGUMENT is that the election was flawed. That they didn’t follow the rules of fair election. That there was a lack of equal protection under the law.

The REMEDY was declaring Trump the winner - but that wasn’t the ARGUMENT.

All I’m saying is that “Trump is the winner” is not something you can prove. They purposely destroyed the evidence so that proof would be impossible.

All you can prove is that they cheated. THAT is their argument - that if one side cheats the election is void.

Of course, the ultimate REMEDY is to declare the true winner the true winner - but that wasn’t the ARGUMENT - that was the REMEDY.

I don’t see how anyone has a problem with DeSantis in 2028

VP in 2024

If Trump doesn’t want it he’s my choice no question
