Hillsdale College’s student body was diverse and coed before the Civil War.

My son met with a Hillsdale recruiter. It was… normal. Absolutely nothing crazy. Just regular college stuff- the classes, the social life, etc.

Yes, I too looked for “Babylon”, only to find “Sacramento”, but look, the sarcasm is there! Except the Editorial Writer, Hannah Holtzer, appears to be CLUELESS to how her projection reflects her bias! Hillsdale is political in teaching courses that are conservative, how horrible! Yet AND with US Government tax dollars (Article does confirm Hillsdale’s refusal), so many California colleges & universities teach to the LEFT! Where is that outrage?

Oh, and she feels (explicitly) that Hillsdale exceeds an apparent quota for “conservative, Christian liberal arts colleges [in] the greater Sacramento area” as, at a mere 30 minutes, there already exists William Jessup University! The utter horror of such [D]iversity (let alone Equality and Inclusion) being permitted in Placer County Commiefornia!

Oh, and noting that there is no ‘comment’ feedback to the online post, she outright LIES about Hillsdale College in claiming that; “Hillsdale became a private institution, rejecting all federal dollars, after refusing to provide data on the racial composition of its student body to the government in the 1970s.” Hillsdale was founded as a private institution in 1845. Also the next line of; “It’s no surprise that Hillsdale has published racist doctrines to deny the history of Black Americans.” is equally a lie but to the lovers of the “1619” concepts, Hillsdale’s countering with the “1776 Curriculum” is intolerable!
