I think people are just being nice.
He’s the meanest, angriest, short-tempered, most racist person to become POTUS in my lifetime. I cannot imagine anybody I’d shun as much as him.
“Likable”? What a joke. This shows several things: 1) the press continue to cover for him, trying to find a silver lining in a black cloud, 2) the pollsters skew their poll design, and 3) many people just don’t pay attention and haven’t learned to ignore the propaganda.

No one likes him
The American People love, adore, and worship Lying Joe Biden because he is just as repugnant and degenerate as they are.
Joe Biden is a pod person. An empty vessel. And vile.
There's a lot of people who embarrassed themselves voting for him and now everyone knows because they were vociferous Trump hate posters on their FB pages.
Honestly I voted against him of course because of his leftist policies, but other than his INCREDIBLE corruption of “10% for the Big Guy” re Hunter and China, I had a neutral opinion of him as a PERSON.
Now I see how petty, vindictive, and nasty he is. A mean and rude small person.
Trump could write allegedly “mean tweets,” but he was funny, and in response to being attacked, he’d push back. Trump seems like a much more kind person than Biden, who obviously loves Americans and the United States. Biden doesn’t.
But I vote for policies, not personalities, anyway.
Likeable?
Not at ANY time have I ever thought of him as “likeable”. Hell, I don’t even like some of the people nominally on OUR side much less a life-long scum-bag Democrat.

Disgusting. All she needed to do was review his antiamerican legislative record or watch him interrogating people in any senate hearing. He was a prick to say the least. Ignoring what he was doing as VP influence peddling?
She was disgusting. I turned her off for that.
