IANAL, but wouldn’t this be a case of tortuous interference?
Psychojewea needs to lose some wampum.
Junta suppresses Bill of Rights
Resist
The correct counterattack for her would be to write a refutation of the alleged untruths in the book.
I had a few thoughts on reading this report.
One is the words “potentially unlawful.” So maybe lawful, maybe not. Let’s pick the “it’s not lawful” prong, which steps on the legislators toes, the legislator also haveing first amendment rights.
Another is what is the remedy? Tell her to stop doing that? That’s it?
Another is what about tortuous interference with business? can be smaked to Warren as well as to Amazon and other search engines. A civil claim comes with money damages.
Control freak fake Indian commie filth...
She shod picked on somebody her own size. Try a Kennedy.
This is a book that I had not planned on reading but I will order it now. The left is extremely afraid of the truth coming out about COVID-19 and all of the related ramifications.
I will only say this: Nazis suppressed information by banning and ultimately burning books. Warren is on that same “war” path.
I guess we are all racist now because we disagree.
White eyes in heap big trouble.
Clean her out !
This should be used against FaceBook and YoutTube and NextDoor for even posting banners “warning” viewers that the item posted is “misinformation” about COVID, OR the election. It’s been happening at least since Jan 6 and probably earlier but it’s been so long my brain can’t recall.
"Many observations about Covid-19 that were previously considered “conspiracy theories” by Democrat politicians have since turned out to be correct. For a few examples: after two years of lies, the Centers for Disease Control finally admitted that its Covid death and hospitalizations numbers were being inflated, 75 percent of Covid victims had at least four comorbidities, the vaccine doesn’t prevent transmission, and cloth masks were always political theater."And keep saying it over and over until the American people start to wake up!
Psychojawea!
I like that!
Actually, that paragraph is irrelevant to the story here.
It may be true, but bringing it up is unrelated to suing Warren. It is tantamount to inserting opinion into reporting.
Anyway, move along.
Hope she loses her lowlife ass.
I'll be watching this one with interest.........
Correct. I don't claim it relates directly to suing Warren. It is, however, an important (albeit indirectly related) factual point that underscores the Constitutional point. We have a long road ahead to spread the word that we have been lied to, are still being lied to, and can expect to continue to be lied to, AND that most Americans believe the lies. I personally believe we should take every opportunity to expose the lies. YMMV.
> It is tantamount to inserting opinion into reporting.
Well, yeah. That article on Federalist doesn't represent itself as reporting. It's a glorified opinion-blog-post, by this guy:
Sam Neves is a former leftist and a correspondent for Campus Reform. He is a marketing major at Emerson College. After graduation, Sam plans to attend law school and continue his mission to fight for people who do not have a voice. He doesn't even pretend to be a journalist. So no surprise that he inserted opinion.
A sitting US Senator openly advocating for censorship. Disgraceful....
