Many are surprised at this but I’m not because although a large number of young voters are wacky as sh*t, a great percentage of them abhor police strong-arm tactics. They instinctively rebel against heavy-handed government authority. Of course there’s a downside to that mindset as we’ve seen in the violent riots and destruction over the last 24 months.

What is clear is that the so-called leftists have nothing but contempt for the rights of working-class people, and fundamental rights. Respect for such rights needs to be compelled in other ways. Trudy is withdrawing the Emergencies Act authorization as it became clear he would lose the vote in the Canadian Senate. The courts in Canada will now judge the lawfulness of his actions. He may lose there as well.

If that's true, it just shows how effective the media propaganda has been. In short, people have been convinced that others should get the same experimental treatment that doesn't protect them from the virus. It's an example of mass group think that will be cited by academics for years to come when people finally wake up to how they've been duped.

Pure speculation that Trudeau would lose in the Senate or the courts. It’s far more likely that the act has been rescinded because it’s no longer needed.

BTW, the 2/3 rds of all Canadians supporting the use of this act, then many working class Canadians must be included in those who do support the act.

You’re the one being duped by the anti-vaxxer conspiracy cult. The vaccines are fully approved and can not be considered experimental in any fashion. And, the vaccines do protect you from disease. (No vaccine is 100% effective.)
