Looks nice but still would not want to be stuck in it for 20 years waiting for the radiation levels top side to be safe enough to come out.
What will the ultra soft rich do when SHTF and the builders show up at the bunkers they built?

Two problems:
1) You need to be IN your bunker when the balloon goes up. And if your bunker is far away — such as “in the mountains” — you need some time to get TO your bunker.
2) It will take some time to BUILD your bunker if you don’t already have one. Quite a bit of time, probably.
I “prep” at a reasonable level for most ordinary emergencies, but as far as NookWar in concerned, I’ll trust in Jesus for his promises.

There’s no equity in doomsday bunker building. What about the under-served communities of color? Where do they go in the event of nuclear war?
For Pete’s sake...spend that money on some good booze, and when the SHTF, die like a man!
Reminiscent of the “home fallout shelter” craze in the late fifties / early sixties. I wonder how many of those are still buried in peoples’ backyards rusting away after 60 years.
But how are you, as an ultra-rich person, going to handle life when you emerge from your bunker, since your cook (who was on her day off), your butler, and the guy who repairs your Bugatti are all dead? I mean, the guy who repairs your daughter's Porsche survived, but you can't take your Bugatti to a Porsche repairman.
True, activity started in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in a relatively short timeframe.
