After opening up his big piehole in a pathetic outburst after the sentencing, if I was the judge, I would have called him right back and upped his sentence.
The judge kicked butt. Way high profile case, and the defense are the ones who lit the fire then threw the gas on their ginned up tale of racism. Smollett attempted to start a damn race war, as he conspired to portray Trump supporters as racist.
5 months in jail for the arrogant liar. And he was a liar to the last second of the trial with his rehearsed skit, still claiming his innocence. What a POS.
I thought the most important thing the judge said was that there was no way to measure the damage that this has done to REAL victims of this kind of crime.
The old krone probably should be in jail for something.
