They are not just cutting a check. I am sorry I did not realize that I was in the presence of a genius. I am sure all the money will make it to everyone who deserves it so much. But no, sadly they do not “cut checks for this type of thing. It makes it too easy to trace where the funds are actually going.
Hunter is expecting a windfall in sales of his brilliant paintings from a Ukrainian benefactor, but he will not get everything... the big guy wants at least 10%. Anyone who believes the $13.6 Billion will be spent appropriately is smoking the good stuff.
