I would guess. The family wants it private. How would we know anyway? No prob for me. But something very traumatic happened to his skull. He died away from home. No suspicion at all? Family gets records Permanently blocked. Seems hinky...bigger mysteries to solve anyway...
They want their right to privacy respected. Fear over covid, vaccines and publicity creates interest. That doesn't make what happened any of anyone else's business.

It is his privacy we are talking about.
They shouldn’t have any say in it whatsoever.
If there was something unsavory going on, it should be made
public for others to see and decide if they want to alter
their actions before it happens to them.

Autopsy reports, minus audio, video and/or photographs, are public record in Florida.
The judge is either talking about those exceptions or he’s making up the law.
If the family is woked and doesn’t want to be shunned by their woked world.
