It [this Bill] is just another step on the path to abolish the death Penalty. Abolishing the death penalty is just another step in abolishing the Criminal Justice System. They are getting ready for a new class of criminals: Religious and Political.

As the new No Bail Laws suggest to those who are paying attention. The State is no longer interested in locking up murders, robbers, rapists, thieves. They are interested in locking up those who question the decisions of the rulers, those who want fair elections, those who question the authority of the ruling class to rule the sheep.

There is only so much prison space and to them [the ruling class] it must be used efficiently.

Only until they’re really most sincerely dead.

Kentucky Comrade Governor Beshear is a Democrat. Kentucky has had only 2-3 Republican governors in the last 100+ years.

This is backwards. If a person is mentally defective and also a murderer, they are the first ones who should go back to their Maker, unless the state can guarantee a fool-proof cure for the mental illness (and I’m not talking a lifetime on pills, because people go off their meds).

They’re trying to have it both ways: do nothing, but look good about it.

With their solution, everyone continues to suffer—the mentally ill person, the families of the victims, the family of the mentally ill capital offender, the taxpayer, the cellmates and guards, and the potential victims when some future liberal scheme lets a capital offender out of prison because they are mentally ill.

Eventually: Only a crazy person would kill someone, so no death penalty for anyone.

Executing them would simply be applying The Golden Rule.

"Only thing worse than having a republican governor is having a communist governor..."

The above comment by me acknowledges that you have a communist governor...

It's bad enough, in general, having a putrid republican governor (ours's in MD, for example), but you are stuck with a communist governor...
Which is worse...

Sorry for the confusion...
