I don’t recall having things about “love life” shared with me in kindergarten.
This guy needs to become a “former” teacher if that is important to him.
He should go work in an all-male prison if he wants to share his “love life” with someone.

Why should you discuss anything about your “love life”, no matter how innocent?
I mean, you might mention a husband or so but why would you talk about how you kiss, or argue, or hold hands, or sit around?
Indeed, and usually “telling me about their personal lives” is considered UNPROFESSIONAL. (I.e., indecent.)
I talk a bit too personally sometimes with my students, and that has sometimes been reflected in the reviews!
