I have no explanation. But am aware that some of that exists.

I think we’re entering a time where just identifying as a “conservative” just won’t cut it.

I think Patriots are going to need to get their eyes on the Lord and discern the Spirit of the Lord and the Leftist spirit of antichrist.

In doing so, they will become aware of God’s plans which I believe is for restoring America’s Free Constitutional Republic, and Satan’s plans embodied and forwarded by the Left and their DEMONocRATS to bring about Worldwide Totalitarian Government.

I feel like the issue right now is getting our eyes and hearts off of man and his government and on the Lord and his plans which will not be thwarted.

If someone else completed the 80% receiver, and didn’t have a manufacturer’s license, and didn’t put a serial number on it and do a 4457, they are absolutely breaking the law. This is cut and dried, of course nothing will happen because they’re libs.

Forgive my ignorance. Since an 80% receiver is not a firearm, what Federal law prohibits someone from buying one from out of state and then giving said non-firearm to anyone, anywhere he chooses?

And why would whoever receives such a non-firearm piece of metal be required to have a manufacturer’s license and be required to put a serial number on it after turning into a ‘firearm’ if he isn’t selling/giving it to someone else?

You can give one to someone else before it’s finished. If you take a piece of metal, convert it into a firearm, that’s another story. I didn’t conceive the law, just reporting it. You can build a gun yourself, you can’t buy an 80% receiver, take it to a business that has a mill and have him do the work.

The one way that is legal and is often done is have a group meet at a member who has the equipment and everyone take their turn at the mill.

If they turn it into a firearm, it has to be serialized and you have to have a manu. license.
