The moment I saw the charges, my mind settled on two possibilities...
White guy - with drug or alcohol issues.
Black guy - with common sense issues.
This just more proves what kind of person the current NY governor is. These are the kinds of people she surround herself with. I believe she picked this guy. She comes from the same exact position.

Old horseface ran down to the microphone at the presser for the subway shooting and demanded an end to city violence. I wonder if she thought about actually prosecuting criminals and throwing the book at them. Nope, instead she endorsed NO BAIL laws. I wonder if the Black perp was out on bail?
