   That implies that Zelenskyy started the war, which of course isn't true. Russia attacked Ukraine, not the other way around.

   That makes no sense: If he were a coward, he would have fled to safety in exile with all those big bucks.
    
3. But Zelenskyy's character doesn't even really matter. America's interest is in not having a brutal regime in Russia using nuclear threats to blackmail the world into complying with their whims.
    
4. Even more important is that China is watching. How the West responds to Russian terror and blackmail will determine whether China will follow the same path. And China is much more dangerous to the US in the long term than Russia is.

The evidence - his country was broken before this war and now it's certainly beyond that . Had he truly led the country it would not have come to this - as the evidence, again, shows.

Just because the guy role played a President in a TV series doesn't mean he could lead a country - he's certainly discovered is more than video takes... obviously he has mis- led his country to the abyss where it sits now....it could have been avoided and everyone recognizes it that understands Ukraine.

Russia entering Ukraine isn’t what started anything - it was the obvious conclusion of failed negotiations over the past 7 years. Had Zelenskky and others abided by the Misk agreements they agreed to act on but refused to it would not have come to this.

It is quite interesting to me that yourself and others with similar lines of thought jump to all sorts of conclusions regarding comments made by other posters regarding anything to do with Ukraine or Russia.....for you it's either or, one or the other. And I'm not in that lie of thinking at all.....as Neither Putin nor Zelensky are innocent in what's occurring between their nations nor the US/Nato configuration as well.

I've observed this trail of death and destruction since even before 2014 - it's endless fighting and bloodshed in Ukraine and that's not going to be over even after Putin withdraws it's troops nor when Nations stop the flow of ammunition etc. Ukraine will never be a nation of peace nor prosperity - as they have shown since it declared itself independent via referendum.
