I’ll admit that I have become much more racist than I have ever been in my life the past few years. OTOH, it is entirely situational. If you act like a normal, civilized human being, I’ll treat you like one. If you act like an animal, I’ll treat you as one.

I generally attempt to avoid any interaction whatsoever with police as I find them to generally be a humorless and bloodthirsty lot. Generally not the kind of folk I like to deal with. When my local police chief retired he was replaced by a former drone from the DEA. The police have gone downhill ever since. It all starts at the top. The previous chief used to periodically have concealed carry classes that was absolutely free for residents. He genuinely believed that there was a partnership between the citizens and the police force, even going so far as to force out guys who couldn't grasp that simple concept. It's a lot different now.
