Live and let live needs to work both ways.
Well, when I see someone still wearing a mask, I don’t know whether they have health issues that they feel make it necessary, and I certainly don’t know if they are doing anything to force it on ME. I’ve never once been criticized for not wearing one by anybody nor have I witnessed anyone being criticized or harassed.
In my area, it seems to be the less educated, immigrants, and elderly or obviously compromised who are still wearing them. They don’t bother anybody else.

well, you’re apparently lucky enough to have not visited a doctor or dentist’s office in the past two years...good for you...
I don’t know what your experience has been. I haven’t had a problem with other people. The hundreds of masked people I’ve personally seen in my area over the last couple of years were mostly like me - they were following requirements that other people created.
I assume that the ones I still see have their own reasons - and they still aren’t bothering me.
The oucome of a case like this depends on one thing and one thing only. The judge. Whatever outcome the judge wants, there is a precedent for that.
I have no problem with private businesses.They have the right to make rules for their own premises, no different from a restaurant requiring shirts and shoes.
There used to be a business in my area that had been robbed so often that they had a sign outside saying that nobody wearing a mask would be admitted. They had that sign up long before Covid, and kept it up throughout.
Join 'em even. Defend them, even to the point of use of force (police, law and order, etc.).
