Swearing and singing are supposedly easier for people who stutter. I do not believe he has a stutter. It is a good lie, though.

Biden might stammer when he’s angry. He definitely slurs his words; loses his train of thought; rambles; and jumps from one thought to the next. But he doesn’t stutter.
Was those degrees earned during his years as a truck driver or as a professor? Or did Corn Pop actually earn the degrees?
He’s still not potty trained either.
He only earned one degree, graduated 76 out of a class of 85, he lied about being top of his class, and he lied about getting a full scholarship. What kind of ass lies like that when he knows he is being taped and anyone can check it out? It proves to me either he’s crazy, stupid, or both and now he’s President.

I know as a friend of mine was working the phones promoting Biden and this was part of the “Story”
I have never heard him stutter, not once! He does says a lot of stupid things and can’t correctly pronounce any word with more than four letters but thats not stuttering. He has a serious case of brain farts. I think its called IBS (Idiot Brain Syndrome).

I am really insulted by this excuse. I am a stutter. The stutter was much worse as a child, but is still there. I have heard Biden for decades. He is no stutter!!!

It’s aphasia, a symptom of dementia. It will get worse over time. He never stuttered before.
