Transfer Authority for Governmental Reorganization
Under 31 U.S.C. Section 1531(a), executive agencies may transfer funds when the responsibility to carry out the functions or activities for which the funds were provided is transferred from one agency to another.

These are two DIFFERENT Departments. The VA responsibility for veteran medical care was NOT transferred to the DHS.

About 2 months ago during one of my many visits to Loma Linda Pettis memorial VA Hospital My wife overheard, I don’t hear well two nurses talking about how the hospital was operating at 38% staff.

The Biden Administration knows it. This is more than a slap in the face to our military, our veterans, and needs to be stopped.

I hate it for you. That’s not the way you should be treated. I’ve been lucky in that, since the service, I’ve had jobs that had good medical benefits and I’ve been able to avoid the VA. The Biden Admin couldn’t give two spits for veterans.
