Why not increase resources? Resources are unlimited. Just mint some, and voila, everybody gets service.
You screwed up, you trusted the government.
Prayers that your anxiety is effectively addressed. Understood that it is a real thing, can be debilitating. Especially when one observes all the things that are out of reach for control. Government is going to do what it will, and pretty much no amount of concern, effort, belief, etc. has any effect on that whatsoever. There is a larger social dynamic playing out as it has many times in human history.
If you are in God's hands, you are in the best, loving hands.
Congress is responsible for all of this. Congress likes to point fingers, but it has the power to regulate. Not that it ever uses its power, just that it has it. POTUS is derelict? remove him. Judges hallucinate? Remove them. Congress creates the money and controls where it goes. All sorts of power there.
But our elected puppet actors have only one job - to get re-elected so they can draw $$ off the gravy train.
