Given 1st reports of Border Patrol involvement, its possible Ramos shot his grandmother, was driving erratically & a BP or local LEO attempted a pullover, chase ensued, he crashed with vehicle completely disabled (Front wheel broken off), he bails and takes a shot and hits a BP agent, runs to nearby school, with LEOs on tail, gets into a classroom, LEOs breaching and Ramos just starts shooting the kids, LEOs breach and shoot him.
Any references to a chase would put the LEOs in a bad light, its a disaster and all will be left (probably correctly) as the complete fault of Ramos.
If the pic @ #79 was him he’s gay, trans, goth or generally screwed up mentally.
End story? BP was just responding to “all units” call and Ramos wasn’t LGBTQ+ type.
A little speculation here and there I admit but LEO radio calls would maybe tell a truer story.
