Which is why they have to correct him when he goes off script and rambles. Their is a very good reason he was kept on a very tight leash during the campaign. They needed to hide the incompetence mixed with a lot of mental health/capacity issues.
He’s always been incompetent, his entire career. Now, it’s impossible to hide like it was during his Senate or VP days.
